 Fellowship is a film about a homeless family with some underlying issues amongst the siblings. Three of the four siblings are jealous of the relationship their father shares with the last born sibling so they decide to take matters into their own hands 

Ntsako Edwin Mofutsanyana, works for the widowed Bridget Orphanheizmer as their garden boy. Bridget is openly racist and she finds pleasure in mistreating and overworking her garden boy. What she doesn't know is that the garden boy has developed such a close connection with her daughter, Marry such to a point that she is the only reason why he still keeps his job
